Powers: Besides his enormous physical strength, and being durable enough to survive a blast from Celestials, Thor also has energy manipulation powers. He is also armed with Mjolnir, the mystical warhammer that has been shown to be capable of opening passageways through space and time.

Special Skills: Having the spirit of a warrior and hero, Thor has the rare ability to weild his hammer Mjulnir. Not even the Hulk can lift it, but on occasion Captain America has been able to budge, lift, and even wield the hammer, but only for a limited time while Thor is injured or unable to fight. Thor can use Mjolnir to fly, control lightning, and open portals to other realms. Even without the powerful hammer; however, Thor has superhuman strength and the unbreakable will to fight.

Personality:   In the beginning Thor was hard headed, reckless, and picked fights just for the excitement of battle. After leading his friends into Jotunheim, Loki's home realm, and almost cost the life of a good friend he was banished into Midgard but his own father. Odin had put a spell on his weapon Mjolnir, leaving Thor unable to lift it until he was worthy spiritually. While living on Earth Thor learned what it meant to fight for the people he cares about, regaining his honor and his ability to wield Mjolnir. Now he had grown fond of mortals he learned to call friends and even team mates and requested to stay living among them so he could protect them from any further harm. He still enjoys to fight, especially with the Hulk who has become a good friend to him. Aside from that he can be very protective of his friends and is slowly working on learning the language of the "mortals."
